Acts of Kindness at Ellis Tech

Today, during lunch duty, there was an older gentleman getting out of his car in the front of the school building. It was pouring rain and he required a walker for assistance to get into the building. He was slowly on his way to culinary with a walker in one hand and an umbrella in another. All of a sudden, I saw Trevor Lamothe run out of the cafeteria doors to go assist this gentleman. He held the umbrella over the man’s head as he made his way to the culinary doors; all while Trevor was getting drenched with rain.
Although I’m sure it’s not necessary for this young man, I wanted to make sure that he was recognized. The recognition committee has rewarded Trevor with an Ellis Tech sweatshirt. Continue to do the things you are doing Trevor. You touched my heart today buddy!
